Motifelle currently offers downloadable crochet patterns and is expanding into editable Canva templates, wedding and event stationery, printables, ebooks and design resources. Only products displayed as available in the shop can be purchased.

Digital delivery details appear at checkout and in your order confirmation. Follow the instructions supplied by the checkout provider to access your files. For help, see our Digital Delivery page.

Motifelle lists digital products. Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, no printed products, handmade items, stationery, yarn or other physical goods are shipped.

Requirements vary by product. A crochet PDF may require a PDF reader; a Canva template may require a Canva account; and a website theme requires a compatible platform. Check the individual listing before purchasing.

Not every pattern has the same skill level. Please review the difficulty, yarn weight, hook size, terminology and techniques provided in that product’s description.

Permissions depend on the license for each pattern. Selling a finished handmade item and reselling the digital pattern are different uses; review the product-specific terms before commercial use.

Some templates are licensed for personal use while others allow certain business uses. The individual product license determines commercial usage, sharing, redistribution and resale rights.

Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy and contact us if you receive a faulty file or have an order issue. Any applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
