Digital Delivery

Motifelle offers digital products, including downloadable crochet pattern PDFs and creative resources. Each product listing explains what is included, the file format or access method, and any software requirements. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, no physical item is shipped.

How digital delivery works

1. Review the listing. Check the contents, file type, compatibility, permitted use and delivery information before ordering.
2. Complete checkout. Follow the payment process shown for the specific product. Some products may use an external checkout provider.
3. Access your purchase. After successful payment, follow the download or access instructions on the checkout confirmation page and in any confirmation email supplied by that provider. Delivery options vary by product and checkout service.

Keep your order confirmation. Use the same email address when requesting support. Follow any account or sign-in instructions displayed by the relevant provider.

If you cannot find or open a purchase

Check your confirmation email, spam folder and the access instructions from the checkout provider. Confirm your device supports the stated file format. If you still need help, contact Motifelle with your order number, checkout provider (if shown) and the email address used for the order. Do not send full card details or passwords.

File formats and software

Crochet patterns may be delivered as PDFs, which require a compatible PDF reader. Other downloads may use different file types or require an external platform such as Canva. Always check the individual product description before purchase.

Digital orders worldwide
