About Motifelle

Motifelle is a digital design studio offering crochet pattern PDFs and other creative digital products. Each listing explains its file format, access method, compatible software where relevant and product-specific terms.

Pattern licence

When you purchase a Motifelle crochet pattern, these pattern-specific terms apply unless its listing explicitly provides different terms. For templates, ebooks, themes and other resources, review the licence stated for that particular product. Do not assume that permitted uses for one product also apply to another.

You may:

• Use the pattern to make finished crochet items for yourself or as gifts.
• Sell finished handmade items made from the pattern on a small-scale basis.
• Share photos of your finished makes.

You may not:

• Resell, share, forward, upload or redistribute the PDF pattern itself.
• Translate and republish the pattern as your own.
• Use the PDF or its instructions for mass redistribution or wholesale pattern distribution.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the website apply at the time an order is placed. Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. Motifelle does not store full payment-card details.

Digital delivery

Digital listings generally do not include physical shipping. Download or access instructions are provided by the checkout service for the relevant product and may appear on the order confirmation page or in a confirmation email. Refunds

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where a verified order/file problem qualifies under our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Accuracy of patterns

We aim to provide clear and usable crochet instructions. Results may vary because yarn, hook size, gauge, tension and finishing techniques differ between makers. If a confirmed material error is found in a purchased file, please contact us so it can be reviewed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content and digital pattern files may not be copied, republished or redistributed except as permitted by these terms or applicable law.
